三文鱼的种类和选择

鱼营养丰富,对您的健康有益。鱼的饱和脂肪含量低,并且是蛋白质,维生素,矿物质和omega-3脂肪酸的良好来源,对您的心脏,大脑和整体健康非常有益。

  1. 养殖大西洋三文鱼 Atlantic Salmon

太平洋地区有几种鲑鱼,而大西洋则只有一种。在美国,大西洋三文是被保护的物种,禁止捕捞,所以市面上的大西洋三文鱼都是养殖三文鱼。

2. 红鲑鱼 Sockeye Salmon

红鲑鱼,鱼肉承鲜红橙色,风味浓郁,也就说要比养殖的大西洋三文鱼的鱼腥味道更重一些。

3. 鲑鱼王 king salmon

也称为帝王鲑鱼,它们的脂肪含量高,鱼肉从发白色到深红色都有。

鲑鱼王是太平洋鲑鱼中最大的一种,鱼肉厚实,质地光滑,被许多人认为是三文鱼中口味最好的一种。

4. 熏三文鱼
